Akıllı Cüzdan (Smart Wallet)
Track income, expenses and accounts through text and voice messages on Telegram — an AI-powered finance assistant I built with n8n, Google Gemini and Supabase.
Small expenses.
A big tracking burden.
A coffee, a subscription, a card payment… When daily spending is scattered across accounts, keeping a tidy record becomes a job in itself.
My starting point was simple: why should logging an expense mean opening a new app, filling in forms or building a spreadsheet?
Managing money
becomes a conversation.
Akıllı Cüzdan is designed to turn a Telegram message into a structured transaction record. AI interprets the amount, type, account and category; after validation the automation creates the record and replies to the user. If no account is specified, the system asks instead of guessing.

No need to type —
just say it.
Voice messages are transcribed with Gemini and join the same interpretation flow as text commands. A natural-language sentence becomes account checks, category selection and data updates.
A chat up front.
A system behind it.
n8n manages the flow from receiving the message to the result. Gemini interprets natural language; Supabase stores account and transaction records. Balance updates, period queries and deletions that need confirmation are built as separate scenarios. The transfer feature doesn’t send money through a bank — it records movements between accounts.
What it can do
Less manual work.
A more meaningful experience.
My goal wasn’t just to build a chatbot. It was to bring independent technologies together into a clear experience that answers an everyday need.
Akıllı Cüzdan shows how AI can go beyond answering a question and become a tool that organises records and makes information useful within a controlled automation flow.
This case study describes the design and connections of the n8n workflow. It does not present live performance or measured time savings. Visuals and sample conversations are representative concepts, not real user data or a finished dashboard.
